I follow many blogs and I am driving myself crazy either liking or commenting on every single post created daily. I can’t do this anymore… I want to give each and everyone the same attention, but some people post three, four, and five posts on a daily basis. I can’t keep up with the volume… I made a decision that I will only like or comment on one post per blogger daily. This way everyone will get my full attention and I will not miss anyone… Wish I had the time, but I just don’t. I have a full schedule and everyone deserves the same courtesy if I follow them…

Yes, it does take time! I have posted similar things in the past. I am beginning to think that most bloggers must feel that way. I am trying to do the best I can and enjoy it, rather than make it a chore. Hoping others understand. Good luck!

Good for you…your time is valuable and choice is the optimum word. You have choices as to how your minutes and hours are spent.

I have had to unfollow many bloggers for the same reason, either too many posts per day or single photo posts where 10 posts should have been one. Don’t feel guilty Lumar as it’s your life. 😀 ❤

It is such a relief to hear someone else voicing my thoughts. What you are expressing is one of the reasons that I have not been able to increase my number of followers. To be honest, I struggle with the number I have, for, like you, I like to be able to respond to posts, even if it is with just a ‘like’. Thank you for writing to explain. Every best wish, Karen

I’m glad I’m not the only one out here thinking the same thing. I’ve had to unfollow bloggers who post several times a day. I don’t talk to family and friends that many times. LOL I feel an obligation like you do to read and either like or comment, but sitting all day and all night in front of the computer/phone/tablet, etc. may be enriching for some, but I have to get out from under it and live life itself. I also try to follow those who follow me but if a person blogs more than 4-5 times a week, I can’t keep up. It makes me feel bad, but life is short and I need to stay engaged. 🙂 Thanks for bringing this subject up.
