The scenery wild and free…
Birds, ducks, and baby chicks to appreciate…
In awe of all that surrounded us…
The natural beauty engulfed us…
Before long the moon shined on…
Silhouettes forming before our eyes…

About a decade ago, pelicans began to visit a nearby lake during their migration. What began as simple “feeding the ducks” weekends turned into some great bird watching. I love the pictures!

I bought a external drive with hopes of taking the 7,000+ images and keeping them safe 🙂 Maybe I will burn onto a disc but fear it will go the way of a 8 trac and cassette 🙂

Beautiful photos! They remind me of how much I miss my waterfront property where I was visited often by blue herons. I have always had a fascination for birds…I think it is their free spirited nature that appeals to me.
