Sickly Avocado Tree

My avocado tree is slowly dying.  It is infected with an insect which I do not know what it is.  I have never seen anything like it. 

I’ve gone to Home Depot for help on other plants and most of the time, the sales reps there do not know what to suggest.  I’m imploring farmers on WordPress to help me out with suggestions and recommendations on what I can use to kill these buggers before my entire tree is dead.  As you can see from the pictures, it doesn’t have many leaves left.

    I’m afraid I don’t know but you may want to call in a certified arborist for help.
