Sit comfortably…

Close your eyes…

And be still…

Take three deep breaths…

In through your nose…

Out through your mouth…

Imagine a bright golden light…

On the center of your head…

A beautiful loving golden light…

Entering your body…

From the top of your head…

To the bottom of your feet…

Let it shine…

And let go of all worries and fears…

Enjoy the quietness…

And let your spirit move you…
