Share Your World – 2013 Week 39

You are given $5,000 and the chance to exchange it for one of two envelopes. One envelope contains $50,000 and one contains $500. Do you make the trade? Why or why not?        Sure! I would exchange $5,000 for one of the two envelopes.  It wasn’t mine to keep anyway so why not try my luck.

Do you believe in the afterlife?  Reincarnation?        I do believe in reincarnation.  I’m certain we reincarnate many times until we learn our lessons and reach a state of perfection/awareness…  Being one with the divine…

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?         I really had to think about this one and couldn’t come up with just one specific category.    My life started out as a comedy…  As a child I was always scheming and getting into trouble, but I had fun doing it…  As a teenager and early adult life, there was plenty of drama…  I was also trying to figure out who I was and how I belonged in this vast universe…  Now, my life is magical so I think I would have to go with science fiction…

If you had to spend one weekend alone in a single public building or institution, which building would you choose?               It would be the Museum of History in NYC…  Even though my father took us every single weekend, I didn’t pay much mind to it.  I would like to take the time and go through it thoroughly and really see what I missed…

  1. The museum of History would be really cool. I loved your answer to number three I was going to go with fantasy as my answer but I thought that a bit to surreal so I settled on comedy. I like your answer more. At least with science fiction the strangeness has an explanation!

I’m with you on the museum. I went to Washington DC a couple of times when I was fairly young (late teens early twenties). I would like to go back and really appreciate it now. Experience teaches us a lot. Thanks for sharing!
