Peaceful Morning

By the time I fell asleep last night it was thundering and lighting.  This morning there was a nice silence and when I opened my blinds to see the lake, the first thing I see is this gorgeous white Heron standing tall.  I was able to capture one picture and soon as that camera snapped the picture it flew away.  It didn’t give me a chance to get him in flight…

Last week I was able to capture the Egrets by a lake in the back of a shopping mall…  These birds are also amazing to watch…

I’m so grateful for the beauty that surrounds me…

Never in a million years would I have envision myself living by such splendor…

I wanted and looked forward to it for my retirement….

But never thought I would live it prior to sixty -five…

I give thanks every day for granting my wish early…
