It saddens me to think…
There is so much chaos in our world…
When are people going to realize…
That by hurting others…
They are only hurting themselves…
If we are all created equal…
And we are meant to be brothers and sisters…
How could anyone want to hurt their own brother…?
It’s just besides me…
Where is the understanding…
The compassion and the love…
What will it take for some to change…?
And realize love is the only way…
Feel empathy and your heart will widen…
Feel hate and your heart will close…
How can anyone thrive hurting others…?
When there’s so much beauty in our world…
