I am beautiful in every way…
But as a human I let my insecurities take over from time to time…
Some keep getting in the way…
While others I choose release…
I do repeat daily, “I am beautiful”…
Not only physically, but spiritually…
I also try to believe every word I say…
But when I look in the mirror…
And see how much my body has changed in only ten years…
It’s a huge challenge to try to keep my mind focused on beauty…
I wish I could cherish this imperfection…
But I would only be lying to myself…
I can continue to work on seeing beyond the imperfection…
And hopefully, one day I will begin to look beautiful before my eyes…
But in the meantime, I will continue to focus on my positive affirmation…
