Mexican Dip

Made this for Easter:



  • 2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 package of taco seasoning mix      (can be spicy or mild)
  • 1 jar of salsa (can also be spicy or mild)
  • 1 bag of Montgomery-Jack cheese
  • ½ cup of Iceberg lettuce finely chopped


In a bowl, mix cream cheese with milk until creamy.  Add the taco seasoning mix.  Use a round tray and place the mixture flat on tray.  Add salsa on top of the cream cheese mixture.  Sprinkle the cheese over the salsa.  Can refrigerate and before serving add the lettuce.

Can serve with nachos…  I used various flavored nachos and everyone loved it…  Didn’t have any leftovers…
