I give myself crank daily…

Because no one else will do it for me…

I congratulate myself each day…

For all the little things I do and say…

Something we neglect to do often…

If we don’t take care of number one…

Then how do we expect to take care of others…

We need to love ourselves more…

Tell ourselves daily how wonderful we are…

“I love me”…

How many times have you told yourself that and truly meant it…

Get up right now and shout it out…

“I LOVE ME”…

Doesn’t it feel uplifting…!

You don’t have to wait for anyone to say those three words to you…

You can do this on your own…

Learn to love yourself first…

And then love will find you…
