Saw this recipe online and it sounds easy to make and tasty…
Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (12 full crackers)
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp (3/4 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt in a medium bowl to blend. Add melted butter and stir to coat well. Leave as a crumble and put into a 9×13 pan. Bake 5-7 minutes and let cool.
Key Lime Cream:
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice (I find Nellie & Joe’s Key lime juice at Safeway)
- 2 containers Key Lime Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator until ready to build…
Topping:
- Whipped cream
Once you built the shooters – Top with whipped cream.
