Last night I was having my once a week delish chicken strips from Burger King and my daughter called while I was eating… She asked what I was having and so I described my meal – Chicken strips, with buffalo sauce, cut up spinach, and grated Montgomery Jack cheese and microwave it until the cheese melted. She said it may be partly healthy, but the chicken is frozen and full of chemicals… Cruel! Very cruel! I have to admit she’s probably right… I just didn’t want to think about it since I was enjoying it and didn’t have to cook it…
I decided to do some research on Burger King chicken strips… I could not find anything about the chicken, but I did find the nutritional value… It’s not great, but I’m not ready to start eating my every meal organic and I sure don’t want to cook every night… I have other options, but I happen to like the crispy chicken strips from Burger King… I have already replaced my Splenda with organic light brown sugar and I have stopped drinking diet coke at lunch… I’m not compromising on this one… There just a few things I can’t do without…
