My first attempt at writing something that is not specifically related to me…
A somber woman walks into the famous and elegant Ma King Restaurant. Her mind clouded with remorse. She approaches the hostess and kindly asks to be seated by the farthest darkest corner of the room… She collapses into the oversized Mahogany chair and despite the beauty of her surroundings and the warmth of the fireplace, she lowers her gaze and doesn’t care. She does not want to be noticed or cared for by anyone today. This is her moment of solitude and regret…
In her haste, she doesn’t notice the stare of the well-dressed gentleman sitting by the window… His eyes so dark and gleaming staring at her. He can’t take his eyes of this divine creature… Who is she? Why so much sadness in her eyes? Those beautiful big blue eyes red and puffy from what he believed was crying. All he wants is to embrace her and alleviate her pain. Why does he care? He has never seen this woman before in his life…
He needs to meet her, but how does he approach her? She’s a gentle flower in so much distress. There has to be a way to direct her attention his way. He calls the waitress over and takes a pink Lily from the centerpiece and sends it her. No introductions; no note; just a delicate flower from the stranger sitting by the window…
Nice work! Could be the start of a great romance…. 🙂

The only way to get experience is to write. The only way to get better is to keep writing…so keep writing, and don’t forget to have fun with it too. 🙂
