I see how some of my friends are going bonkers trying to find the perfect gifts for everyone… I’m grateful I had surgery and I did most of my running around prior to this chaos… I also can’t do certain movements yet making me calm down and reflect on what’s important. Spending time with your loved ones is the greatest gift we can give each other.
I had a terrific time with my grandkids doing the early Santa presents, but what I have treasured the most is the time we spent together… We had Santa’s little helper assisting in the kitchen… It didn’t take too long before he was running after the dog and the dog after him… We also had the nice Christmas music going and fireplace blasting with terrific family and friends for an early Christmas dinner. It’s so special to see my best friends… Had lunch with one in the afternoon and dinner with the other at night. This has been a very lovely Christmas and it hasn’t even began…
Last day in NJ, we did the Christmas tree decorating… When I left the little one was still putting decorations on the tree… And when they both said, “Buela! You’re leaving”… My heart just broke in two… Yes! I will always treasure those sweet moments spent with all my loved ones…

Thanks. I enjoyed it. I have a question unrelated to this… I noticed a bunch of comments going into spam. I’m afraid to open since in email it can create a virus. Does this happen in the blog?

You can read them without opening them in the blog dashboard. If you click on the sites links though you might get something. I have clicked on a few and never had a problem, but have never found one that isn’t trash or trashy, so now I just delete them all.
