Just attended a great session called, “Meeting Your Guides” with Carolina Zacaria… She uses meditation, breathing, and sounds (gongs
and bowls) to help the group connect with Spirit Guides. The energy is absolutely fantastic. She also connects with her Spirit Guides and
tries to give everyone from the group a message. She told me that I knew what my next step should be and trust my inner guide… I do know pretty much, but I always like confirmation. Perhaps, I should start trusting myself and stop relying on outside sources for answers I already know. Yeap… I knew it all along…
My greatest wish is to connect to spirit and always feel that energy/vibration. It is refreshing… I got out of there as if I could conquer the world…
This is everything I need to wrap… My computer room is in total chaos… I wanted it all done, but I only wrapped half…
Instead of going out a buying boxes, I use Smead file folder boxes and gift wrap only the top part. This is the finished product…
Once I finished tackling the wrapping, I made pompoms. I used both yarn and tulle for my pompoms. Used a ribbon maker I purchased at Michael’s to wrap the tulle/yarn. Wrap the tulle a few times around the pegs and I tie the center with a ribbon leaving enough ribbon so it can be tied around the box. Take the scissors and cut both ends… And Walla! Beautiful pompoms in a flash… If the pegs are placed close together, the pompom will come out smaller. If placed further apart, the pompom will be larger. It’s a matter of taste…
Here’s the example…
Almost done, but not quiet there yet. A couple of hours more and it should be completed….
Pretty colorful… I purchased the poinsettia flower paper for the women and black paper with gold Christmas trees for the men… I’m not sure if I want to put pompom in men’s gifts. I have to come up with something else…
Any ideas…
Now that I’m back home, I just want to relax and watch a chick flick… Let’s see what tomorrow has to bring….

I have a lot of fun wrapping presents too! Each of my children has a different wrapping paper to fit their personality. I love the pom poms! Maybe use old Christmas cards for tags. I just tear off the back and write on the back of the front. They are big, decorative, unique and FREE!

I may try doing that with the rest of the gifts that are left to wrap…

I like your idea of just wrapping the top too, but my daughter gave it away that she and my son dig through my bags as soon as they are unattended! I have no doubt that they would open every gift and then put it back as if nothing ever happened! 🙂

My kids use to play with the toys while my dad babysat… I never knew until many years later…
